Newsflash: Detached garage repair – estimate in New York

Hi,I’m a buyer who offered on a house and just did a house inspection. The house is in decent shape, a few fixes needed here and there, but the detached garage is in poor condition. The door needs to be replaced, the roof is marked as poor condition, and one wall has termite damage (no evidence of current termites) and the wall is leaning and slanted. Below are images of the report.We’re looking for an estimate of the overall cost so we can request a credit from the seller. The seller and their agent had offered a credit to replace the door but we’re trying to see if we could get more for these other items. We are reasonable and willing to compromise but don’t want to be left hanging with an impending bill for a garage that definitely needs repair.Can anyone give an estimate of this cost? Or advise how we should proceed?
