My husband and I planning to move back to where we grew up in another state. I have a job that is fully remote so I can move but he works locally in our current state. He is applying for jobs in the new state but with the job market it may take a long time to secure a new job. We currently own our home so will need a local seller’s agent and a buyers agent in the new state.Should we wait until my husband gets a new job to contact realtors or reach out now to pick who to work with and let them know our plans?
