How ethical is this? I’m buying a home and the price is above appraisal. The seller comes back asking each realtor to donate 1% of their commission to them. I’m totally against this, not to mention asking my realtor to penny up for the purchase. I’m appalled at the greed some people have.Has anyone had to deal with this?
