Our offer was accepted. Because of the long weekend, sellers lawyer may not be signing off until Tuesday. Our lawyer has signed off. We did put a first right of refusal in the accepted offer. But if they get a better offer before Tuesday, can they ditch our offer or in the least force us to increase our offer due to the first right of refusal?
