Newsflash: I reported the mortgage fraud what’s next?

Hello, I recently found out that my aunt’s ex stole my dad’s social and got a mortgage under my dad’s name. My aunt knew about this and never told me anything until now. I reported the fraudulent mortgage thru this bank W. Fargo and they sent a letter stating:“W. Fargo has released from any financial liability associated with the bank accounts. We have confirmed that (name) did not open or have any knowledge of the accounts with W.Fargo” From my knowledge my aunt,my aunt’s ex and their daughter still living there. Are they gonna get evicted or what’s the procedure on this type of cases?
