So we made an offer on a house in WA (West of Seattle, across Puget Sound)The house is walking distance to a ferry that will take right to work.The payment will be $2.3k/monthThe house needs new floors, paint and a roof.Loan assumption is going according to schedule.I am having cold feet because I am wondering if things will come crashing down and the house will be worth 50% less.We got the house for $620k ($17k over asking) current rent is $4k.am I crazy?
