Newsflash: Seller agreed to repair but did not do a good job can i back out?

Hi everyone, this is my first time buying house. Originally our settlement date is the 30th but later we move it to the 29th. The inspections report came back and the seller agreed to repairs everything that we asked for no later than 2 day before the settlement date. Today we did the final walk through and noticed they didn’t repair some of the things that we asked for and also some repair they did not do a good job. Since today is the 27th and the settlement date is the 29th can we back out without losing our deposit money?Addition: the seller said that they will have someone to come out tomorrow morning to fix it but I dont want them to do anything else since it too close the the settlement date Im scared that they will half ass about it Thank you everyone
