I recently came across this type of renovation loan after a pretty desperate attempt to fix some major issues with a house I just bought but can’t afford repairs out of pocket. The HUD listings page is so out of date that most of the companies listed are no longer in business. Any leads on a lender in Texas (or that serves Texas residents)?
