Newsflash: Very small home loan with bad credit.

I am trying to buy a house its a very low price (52k) it would need a lot of work, but I am looking at it and I like it but I am running into the issue of paying for it i have pretty bad credit 500-580 score i’m 25 now but when I was 20 i bought a car thinking I could pay for it and long story short i got a voluntary repossession and my score tanked to like 415 ish i have slowly been climbing back up, i have a steady job and steady income, I haven’t been able to find anyone who will give me a home loan does anyone know who or how I should go about getting a loan I have a good co-signer if that makes a difference thanks in advance.
