Newsflash: Co-owned property/business dispute

A and B jointly purchased a property, with ownership shares of 25% for A and 75% for B. They initially intended the property for business use by both parties. However, there was no lease agreement covering the business’s use of the property. Subsequently, due to disputes, A ceased involvement in the business, which is now entirely owned by B. The property includes a house, where A currently resides, and warehouse buildings used for the business. A has not received any financial compensation related to the business use of the property for the past nine months. Although a partition sale might be an option, is it feasible for A to halt the business operations on the property? B has been uncooperative, continuing business operations and sending employees to the property without negotiations.
