Newsflash: Nonlandlocked property has a potential easement over new home purchase.

I’m looking at purchasing a new home but the property appears to have an easement on it. I looked at the property lines and it looks like the easement over the property I’m looking to purchase leads to a property that is not landlocked, it has a pretty wide corridor leading to the main road but the corridor itself is not with a road. Can this easement be removed during the purchasing process since they have land available to make a path to the main road for that property?
