I found myself constantly doing the same sums in my head with all the changing interest rates and what different Real Estate agents tell me we could realistically rent out for (not to mention different management rates) as we are looking to relocate if the numbers let us.It’s not going to beat a spreadsheet, but its good to see how viable it is, determine gearing, I guess for rentvesters too, it might be helpful.
