Not familiar with Facebook Marketplace etiquette for House listings, so trying to educate myself.Contacted a seller about the house they listed, and requested the address to do some research on the property in order to not waste anyone’s time if we find a deal-breaker.The seller refused to provide the address unless we provided proof of funds/mortgage pre-approval and scheduled a visit.Is this common practice?
