Newsflash: What should I look for with a “new construction” walk through.

My wife and I are first time homebuyers and have put a down payment on a new townhome on the central coast of CA (We will be house poor for the foreseeable future). Construction is nearing completion and we’ll be scheduling the walkthrough soon. We have a realtor that we really like and trust, but I want to make sure I’m on top of things too. What should we be looking out for in our walk through?Thanks in advance. I’ve learned so much here from all of you. I really appreciate it.
