Long story short, I am aware that within the next 5 years my spouses corporation needs to acquire about a dozen homes in a given street to demo and build for a large infrastructure project. They have already allotted funds well over double the property value to purchase these if necessary at the end of the window.If we were to acquire one of these properties ourselves in the meantime, would we be liable in any way?
