We bought a piece of land in auction. The owner died and no one to inherit it so court ordered sale. It’s got a decent trailer on it we want to renovate and flip. However lawyer’s could not locate a title. Is there anyway to obtain a new title or such for this mobile home. (Yes it was lived in by the owner who passed away.) There’s no leins or anything bad. Everything on the property is ours per the agreement.
