We had a mutual acceptance of our offer, inspection waived,We have also deposited earnest money. Now waiting for appraisal and financing. I’ve noticed 3 things abt the house that really bother me and keep me up at night. Im hoping the appraisal comes back low.Is there anyway we can get out of the contract?
