Hello looking for more info on Tri Pointe builders in Austin. If anyone has had problems with their in house lender? Any structural issues? Any delays? Positive or negative would love feedback from anyone who has built with them in the Austin area. Also why was your experience positive or negative? What should I look out for? We are planning on building in Austin and trying to get any feedback on whether Tri Pointe is the wise choice.
