Newsflash: How did you spend looking at the house you bought, across all of your visits, before making an offer and before closing?

I have seen some online discussion of how long showings take, how many times to see a house before making an offer, etc., but nothing on the time people spend looking at the house across the entire process. I’m curious how this compares to the time you get to look at a rental home before you have to make a decision, which is typically one visit for 30-40 minutes tops.
