Just got a text that my lender was laid off yesterday. He has no access to his emails or any documents that he was working on. I am supposed to close July 19. I tried calling the bank today but of course it’s a holiday so no one is working. My realtor sent him the fully executed PA to finalize everything, which of course he can’t access because he’s locked out of every system. I am beyond livid.
