Needing insight before meeting with lenderAdvice needed: I currently own a home outright with no liens on it. I have used this property as my primary residence for the past year. Recently I have completely gutted this house(down to the studs). As Im going to completely remodel this house (roof, windows, flooring, electrical, drywall etc) then sell within 5 years. I’m currently looking to take out around $100,000.My Question: what type of loan would work best in my situation.. construction loan? Subject to? This house is going to go through extensive changes. Not your typical remodel.
