Like I mentioned. I just purchased brand new construction home. I hate it because I have bad neighbor I can’t deal with. He has so many visitors and lots activity in that house they are keep parking front of my house I hate it. I just can’t take it.We paid cash. Closed on April 20 2024 If I would sell let’s say I got lucky I got little more then what I pat do I have to pay capital gain? This is my primary home.
