I wanna know what platform is best for receiving rent payments, doing applications, signing leases, and doing credit and background checks.. I’ve read that avail is great but it cost money to tenants for paying, apartments.com is free for payments but can you also do background and credit checks, applications and leases?..any other that you suggest especially for an out of state landlord?..Thank you in advance
