Well, we are under contract with an as-is property. Not much time left under contract but there are no contingencies to use for us to get out. i.e. no inspection period. Trying to figure this out as it is a new one for me. We’ve purchased as-is property before, but the as-is is not as-was during the time of offer. I can’t imagine we’re stuck as the home isn’t ours but there is no way I’m going to accept a property with squatters in it when they weren’t present before. Anyone else have this happen?
