Newsflash: Will temp flooring stop my house from selling?

I bought a house in Pittsburgh last year, a 1900 row house in an up and coming neighborhood (so they say. I have changed my mind about Pittsburgh overall and am planning to sell. I have sunk about 20K into updated electric, exposing brick walls and other things but have two large bedrooms that need new flooring. I want to list soon and wonder if I can put down something that is obviously temporary like linoleum without losing too much value. Is there such a thing as inexpensive non-tacky quick flooring?
