Newsflash: Has anyone bought then sold immediately due to change of heart?

We recently purchased a new family home and are almost at settlement date. However due to a change of personal circumstances, including chronic illness of our child, we’re dealing with a lot of buyers remorse as the move will involve moving further away from our child’s hospital and grandparents. We can’t refuse to go through with settlement as the purchase was non conditional.The house was on the market for over several months before we bought it, and the market is slowing even more now.If we sell immediately after settlement is this a major red flag for buyers? Has anyone else done this? Keen to hear any relevant experiences.
