Newsflash: Seller causing delay of close and denying extension?

We are closing on a home with a 203k renovation loan. The sellers are living there. A few times, we’ve set up appointments to enter the home with contractors to get various bids, which are required to close. The seller has repeatedly removed the keys from the lockbox and ghosted for days. We’ve taken time off work for this, some estimates were paid, and we’ve even lost great contractors as they were angry about taking the time to drive out only to be locked out of the house. This has thrown us so far behind on the closing process that we had to ask for a week extension, which they denied. Do we have any options here?
