Hi everyone,I am looking to invest in my first rental property, and I am debating whether it is a good idea to invest in a property near Austin TX. I heard that cash flow for rentals in Austin is not great, so I was wondering what about the surrounding areas like Pflugerville, Round Rock, Dessau, Manor? What has your experience been like in these areas? Would I be better off investing in San Antonio? Dallas?
