Yeah yeah I know it’s the worst time to buy. We are gonna sell after we buy ans do a HELOC. we’ve found 1 house in a month we even wanted to offer on and barely lost it. Now the inventory SUCKS in south jersey more than it did months ago. I’m ready to give up. It’s so depressing
