There’s a property I want to purchase that has a few uninhabitable structures on it. The owner hasn’t been seen there for decades (lives a few hours away), but continues to pay the property tax. I’ve been told she’s a recluse. I believe others have tried to contact her about the property too. Any tips for trying to go about this? Is my best bet to wait until she passes and then see what happens next?
