Newsflash: Stressed about selling

So my wife and I are selling our house, to buy a new house that is being built for us. We listed our home last week for 480k and had open house last Saturday. It was a success, and had two offers. 1st offer, 480k, buyers are pre approved and have a conventional loan. 2nd buyers offered 505k and waived inspection. We went with the 505k and signed paperwork. 3 days before we’re suppose to sign the purchase and sales agreement, the buyers back out. My agent find out why they backed out, and they’re reason was “we found out we’re pregnant, and don’t want to raise a kid in this city”. Their motive for buying our house, was that one of the buyer’s mom lived on our street in a house that the buyers actually own but rent out. So now, we’ve went with the 2nd offer of 480k, and we have the home inspection set for this Saturday. I’m very nervous about outcome, what will they find, what will the buyers ask for. I can’t think of anything really that would come up, because our roof is only 4 years old, we’ve updated our sewer line 4 years ago, and insulated the house this year, our boiler and water tank is 4 years old. The house really has nothing wrong with it. Only thing I can think of is the old electrical panel. How often do buyers back out after a home inspection? What things should I look at before inspection?
