Newsflash: Buyer’s Agent for Sex Offender

Hello All,I’m in a little bit of a weird situation, and was looking for input. I met a potential client in person today to discuss purchasing a house, and me representing him as the buyer’s agent. He informed me that he is a registered sex offender (I looked it up, not good at all).I feel very conflicted; On one hand, I feel like it could damage my reputation, or that I could even be held liable for something going wrong. On the other hand, I feel like (no matter how much of a scumbag he is) he is still entitled to be able to buy and live in a home.What would you do? Do you feel child molesters/pedos/sex offenders deserve representation? Is it even worth it to associate with one?
