Newsflash: Tax Abatement Fell Through

Sooo.. the condo developers have failed to attain a 421a tax abatement here in NYC despite their best attempts at acquiring one. The abatement seems to have been baked in to the asking price so this is a huge blow to me. The developers stated that the they anticipate a tax abatement in their marketing.I don’t believe I have a way out, contractually speaking, because we didn’t make receiving a 421a a condition.What do you guys recommend I do? Insights and recommendations are greatly appreciated!
