Newsflash: House zoned for residential and agricultural

I’m looking at residential house on 10.1 acres (MI). The house is on 1.16 acre and the rest of the lot is zoned for agriculture.How does this work? 1st time home buyer, so I don’t know.Do we have to farm it or keep up the actual farm land?Any special rules for hunting or shooting on it? (is it allowed?)I read that taxes will be different for each lot. Any other information to know about the 2 zones?
