Newsflash: To sell house or rent out my house? Advise and opinions wanted. [California]

I currently own a home and I have the opportunity to move into a property free of rent. I purchased my house in November 2011 for $161,500 and currently owe $134,000. 3.80% 30 year fixed conventional loan. The house is currently worth $333,000. I currently pay $916 per month and that is with mortgage, property tax, and homeowner insurance, no HOA, no mello roos. Current rental rates are about $1,900-$2,195.Would you rent out the house or sell it and why?Thanks for your help.
