Newsflash: [Oregon] I have a decent down payment and am pre-qualified. Can I take advantage of foreclosure auctions?

I’m seeing a bunch of foreclosures on Zillow and am wondering if I would be able to buy one. They’re the only houses in our market that are affordable enough to make my down payment equal to +20%, which is my goal so I don’t have to pay PMI. I’m pre-qualified for a loan, so I’m wondering how hard it is to go to a foreclosure auction and buy.
