I bought a 1 bd1ba condo in a nice suburb (Oak Park) of Chicago. It has a large living room and large dining room. I renovated it making the kitchen dining room open. The condo is about 700 sq ft. I am considering changing the living room into a second bedroom and the dining room into the living room. I can do the work for cost as I have construction experience. Should I do it or sell as is?
