Newsflash: Any particular cons that would be deal-breaking due to a purchase being directly across the street from a group home? [Long Island, NY]

My wife and I are in the process of selling our home and one particular one that we came across that we both seem to like (myself more than her) is directly across the street from a well-maintained group home. It seems to be disabled adults, who either are brought to work or program each day, and is not a rehab or halfway house.That said, my wife seems concerned by it and I am trying to assure her that these are simply adults who need assistance in their daily lives and that it wouldn’t be something of a nuisance due to behavior or neglecting the property.Am I incorrect? I would like to hear opinions in the matter. Thanks in advance!
