Newsflash: Rehabbers and flippers, let’s talk about your processes.

I’m a full time rehabber (total gut jobs) running a bit of a strange operation. I grew up and ‘live’ in a pretty economically depressed area. Houses sit on market routinely for 180 days without offers and nothing wrong with the properties, including price. So I travel around an hour 45 to rehab in a different area that is fairly robust. I live on the job site during the week on a blow up mattress. I’m curious to see how you guys are running your business, how active you are in the physical aspects, how many of you actively use hard money, ect. Tell me about your business, anything that is a bit odd or out of the norm and the reasons why you continue to flip. Feel free to AMA as well.
