I’m doing a slow/patient, and haven’t decided on a buyer’s agent yet. If I were to request a private showing for a house here and there with the seller’s agent, would that obligate me to them at all if I ended up wanting to make an offer (since they showed me the home first)? Or would still be totally fine to work with a buyer’s agent to make an offer through them?
