I bought a small piece of residential land in FL that is vacent and has road access. I bought it for $600 at auction but have no clue what to do with it. It is my first real estate purchase and I happen to live over 2500 miles away from it.I was thinking of building a small shed less than 150sqft on it but that’s as far as I’ve got.Any ideas?
