Hello, I am building a new residential building. Not sure if to sell or keep for rental. Total cost is 950K, including the land cost. I am able to build a lot under cost because i can do alot of the work with my workers, not needing subcontractors. I can sell the building for 1.5 million. If i keep it i think i can get around 11k rent each month, so 130k a year. What do you guys think?
