Newsflash: Walk-through scheduled for one hour before closing.

I’m worried. If there are ‘discrepancies’ (missing appliances, inadequate or incomplete repairs) then what recourse can be taken. I don’t think delaying closing would be very desirable for several reasons not the least of which is that my rate lock term expires three days later. So if things are missing or inadequate during walk through at 10am, what can I do to make sure I’m covered but can still close as scheduled at 11am?
