My landlord is selling the multi-unit property in San Franacisco. It generates around $9K-$10K / month in rental income. It will probably go for $2.3M-$2.7M. Is there a way to get a loan from perhaps some chinese financial institution for maybe a 60 year mortgage with <5% down? It sounds like lending institutions here in the U.S. typically don't do anything more then 40 years, but can I get a longer loan duration from a foreign lender?
