Newsflash: (IL) Who owns the condo drywall?

Hello, I’ve run into a situation where there will need to be drywall repair due to a leak from a fire sprinkler pipe above the ceiling, but below the cement that divides units.First off, for that kind of a leak, is the HOA always responsible for fixing it?The main question I wanted to ask is, do I own that drywall? Am I free to do what I like with it so long as I stay within the cement? Is cutting all the way through it to the other side considered damaging property that is not mine?I don’t know if the rules on this may vary, but having a definitive answer would be great if it is always (or almost always) consistent. I’ve had a lot of trouble finding anything about this online or in my condo’s rulebook.
