Newsflash: Buying a house with an encroachment (GA)

We just had a land survey done that showed there is a minor encroachment on the property, our fence encroaches onto the neighbor’s property by maybe half a foot. Our due dilligence ends tonight and we proposed we extend it until Wednesday, the seller came back and told us they were going to talk to the neighbors about allowing an easement and if that doesn’t work then they’d move the fence. They don’t want to extend the due diligence and instead, they want us to have an agreement that the seller will do one of those 2 options.Does this sound reasonable? Is there anything else we should consider? It feels very rushed.
