Newsflash: When you last sold your house, how far below asking price were you secretly willing to go?

I’ve never sold a home, only bought, but I assume people set their bottom dollar number in their minds before selling (I would) so I’m trying to get a general gauge on how far below asking (if any) people are typically willing to go. Any additional details on your situation like location, how hot your market was at the time, contingencies, etc. would also be helpful. Also, I’m not asking what you actually sold for, only what your bottom dollar would have been if the situation presented itself.
