Listed my house, had 15 showings and 3 offers within 5 days. Took the best offer, went under contract, and the deal blew up 13 days before closing because the buyer lost his job. We were under contract for about 3 weeks.Went back on the market, and…crickets. Only one showing so far. Did going from active > pending > active really hurt me that much? Is it common for activity to drop off a cliff simply because you were off the market for a bit?
