Newsflash: Escrow Taxes question

If my county/town taxes are due in January, and my school taxes are due in Sept, if we move into a new construction home in November I’m struggling to find the answers to a few Q’s:-how many months of taxes will we be expected to put down at closing considering the 2 month cushion max -according to the city assessor my 2018 taxes will be based off of a vacant lot. Can my lender still require the taxes be paid monthly as i will be taxed in 2019, when obviously the taxes will increase significantly? – is any of this negotiable with the lenderThanks in advance!
