I’m not sure if this is the correct sub to ask…but I have an interview for a government job with the City as their “Real Property Agent” in about two weeks. The person hired for this role would be responsible for negotiating or preparing leases, bids and etc., managing, leasing and disposing real property, assist in preparation of leases, bid proposals, deed, reconveyances and etc.The job description says it requires 0 years of experience and this is the first time I’ve ever interviewed for a position like this so I’m not sure what to expect. I’m currently a coordinator at a commercial real estate office so i have -some- experience with the RE contracts and whatnot but nothing regarding reconveyances, negotiating leases and etc.I’ve interviewed for marketing jobs in the past and I’m not sure if I’ll get asked similar questions for this new position?Has anyone ever interviewed for a position like this? What questions might they ask that I need to prepare for? Do you think they will ask technical questions? What should I study to prep for this interview?
